【摘要】 [目的]探讨专科医院新护士培训模式的形成,有利于新护士尽快适应工作环境,完成角色的转换。[方法]从录用、岗前培训、临床带教等几方面进行系统性、全方位的岗前培训。[结果]新护士运用新的培训计划后,能尽快地适应岗位的需要,实现角色的转换。[结论]在专科医院,寻找一条实用的符合专科特色的岗前培训模式是可行的,有利于工作的开展,在很大程度上解决了护士缺编的问题,并有利于新护士自信心的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Because new nurses practiced mainly in major internal medicine and major surgery department before their graduation, they have a little knowledge about ophthalmology specialty. To probe into the formation of training mode of new nurses in special hospitals may help new nurse to adapt work environment more easily and to change their role. Method: Systematical and omnibearing training of new nurses were carried out from the aspects of employing, pre-work training and clinical teaching and so on. Result: New nurses can quickly adapt to the requirement of their position and finish their role change after applied the new training plan. Conclusion: For special hospitals, it is feasible to find out a practicable pro-work training mode suited to the characteristic of specialty. It is beneficial to work unfolding and solve the problem of nurse deficiency to a great extent. And it may help new nurses to foster self-confidence as well.更多还原
