大型容器切削加工用工艺参数优化专家系统
Processing parameter optimizing expert system for large container cutting
【摘要】 针对大型容器加工的复杂性,利用专家知识与计算机软件(VC++和SQL server)建立大型容器切削加工工艺参数优化专家系统。首先对专家系统进行结构分析和模块设计;然后依据一定的约束模型建立知识库;最后运用正向推理机制,实现专家系统的各个模块功能。
【Abstract】 For the machining complexity of large containers,the Processing Parameter Optimizing Expert System for Large Container Cutting is built by using experts’ knowledge and computer software(VC++ and SQL server).Firstly,construction analysis and module design for the expert system are done.Secondly,the knowledge base is built according to certain constraint models.Finally,the functions of every module of the expert system are realized by using the forward reasoning.This expert system can play a scientific direction role in the processing parameter choosing in cutting large containers.
