超细晶粒波形刃铣刀片切削性能实验研究
Experiment research on capability of wave-edge cutter of superfine grain
【摘要】 为了研究超细晶粒波形刃铣刀片的切削性能,进行不同材质、不同几何形状铣刀片切削不同材料的对比实验研究。分别对45钢和ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢进行切削力对比实验,并对切屑形状及切屑飞散在理论上进行对比分析,在现场进行不同类型刀片的切削寿命实验。研究表明:涂层的超细晶粒波形刃铣刀片具有切削力最低,切屑易于处理、飞散,刀片使用寿命长等优点,说明其切削性能优越。
【Abstract】 The comparable experiment study is made on the different material qulities and geometry shapes to test the cutting capability of the superfine grain wave-edge milling cutter.Taking the steel 45 and ZGOCr13Ni5Mo stainless steel as the case,analysis is made comparably on the cutting force,theoretically on cutting shape and scrap.The study indicates the superfine crystal grain wave-edge milling cutter serves many performances:the lowest cutting force,the scrap easy to process and dispense,and long service of blade,etc.
