【Abstract】 The European higher education qualification framework and the standards and guidelines for quality assurance are presented,which were adopted at the summit 2005 in Bergen by the ministers responsible for higher education in countries in European Higher Education Area.Comments on these framework,standards and guidelines are made.The above-mentioned information from Europe shows the significance and urgency of establishment of standards and criteria.Finally,comments,criticism and suggestions on academic degree system and quality assurance in China are given.更多还原
