【Abstract】 This paper compares several education areas of China with those of America, such as the higher education system, mass higher education stage and the data-collecting. The paper concludes that China should adhere to her own standard, and construct institutional research system by learning experiences from America in order to provide information and advisory services for the development and decision-making of colleges and universities in China.更多还原
