【摘要】 教育评估的本质和目的是对教育工作做出价值判断,是改进教育工作的过程,这个过程充满着矛盾。一是教育评估中评估活动与评估对象之间的矛盾。二是评估体制中大学、社会和政府之间的矛盾。如果这些矛盾处理得好,教育评估将是和谐的。反之,如果这些矛盾处理得不好,教育评估就会出现不和谐的状况。以“以人为本”的科学发展观为指导,以构建“和谐社会”为战略目标,对20年来创建中国特色高等教育评估体系和制度的理论与实践进行深刻反思和理念创新,努力开创我国高等教育和谐评估的新局面,是今后10年我国高等教育评估战线面临的一项战略任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nature and aim of education evaluation is to judge the value of education.Education evaluation is a process to improve education,which is full of contradictions.One of the contradictions is between activities and objects in education evaluation.The other is among university,society and government in evaluation mechanism.If the contradictions are well dealt with,the education evaluation will be harmonious.Otherwise,it will not be harmonious.It is a great task facing Chinese higher education evaluation in the next 10 years to deeply review and innovate the theory and practice of the system of the higher education evaluation with Chinese characteristics in the past 20 years,and to create a new situation of harmonious evaluation in Chinese higher education,with the human being-oriented scientific view of development as a guide and a harmonious society as its objective.更多还原
