【Abstract】 The paper described the theory of self-regulated learning model proposed by Zimmerman in recent years.It analyzed its structure and process respectively.The paper pointed out that training students’ self-regulated learning ability involved the following aspects: intervention to the inherent motive factor of study,teaching each student sufficient cognitive tactics,promoting students’ metacognition development,presenting the contents of the course in training students’ metacognition,and training students’ ability to voluntarily create or utilize the social and physical environment,which is favorable to study.更多还原
