【Abstract】 Under a supply chain composed by a supplier and a retailer, the authors analyze the costs of the supplier, the tradesman and the whole system respectively, construct a coordination strategy model based on asymmetric inventory information. The model can make the supplier and the tradesman to be honest and the cost of the whole system to be lowest. In the end, a numerical example illustrates the correlative conclusions.更多还原
