【摘要】 通过介绍鱼钩的制作工艺,提出鱼钩用钢丝的技术要求。阐述钢丝的生产工艺流程,重点说明拉拔和球化退火工艺过程,罩式退火炉采用智能温控仪控制,温度控制精确,力学性能稳定。采用Φ5.5 mm 65Mn盘条生产的Φ0.3~1.6 mm钢丝,强度为500~650 MPa,满足用户需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology requirements of steel wire for fishhook are put forward by introducing production process of fishhook.Production process flow is set forth and wire drawing and anneal processes are explained emphatically.Bell-type annealing furnace is controlled by intellectual temperature controlling instrument,temperature controlling is accurate and mechanical property is steady.Tensile strength of diameter 0.3~1.6mm steel wire produced by diameter 5.5mm of 65Mn is 500~650MPa and can satisfy the consumers′ requirements.更多还原
