不同材料在锌液中腐蚀磨损机理的研究
Study on Corrosion Abrasion Mechanism of Different Materials in Zinc Liquid
【摘要】 热镀锌生产中沉没辊轴套受锌液腐蚀和磨损双重作用,选择H13、铁基合金、钴基合金、Cr12渗硼材料与S i3N4配合,对其在锌液中的腐蚀磨损机理进行研究。试验结果表明,在锌液中,腐蚀产物与被磨材料的显微硬度比值是影响材料腐蚀磨损性能的主要因素,比值越大,材料的腐蚀磨损性能越差。
【Abstract】 The axle sleeves of submerged roll in galvanizing by dipping undergo twofold effect of zinc liquid corrosion and abrasion,selecting H13 steel,iron base alloy,cobalt base alloy,Cr12 boriding materials assort Si3N4,whose corrosion and abrasion mechanism in zinc liquid is studied.The test results indicate that the micro-hardness ratio between corrosion offspring and rubbed materials is main factor affecting corrosion abrasion property of material,the bigger the ratio is,the worse the corrosion abrasion property of material is.
