冲裁模工艺分析系统的研究与开发
Research and development of the analysis process system in blanking die
【摘要】 对冲裁模工艺分析系统的关键问题进行了讨论,对于图形输入、冲压工艺分析、优化排样、压力中心计算和冲裁力计算,给出了相应的算法,并给出了以AutoCAD2002作为开发平台、Ac-cess为后台数据库管理系统、使用AutoCAD的二次开发工具VBA实现了各项功能的开发思路。
【Abstract】 Discuss the key point of analysis process in blanking die , gives the corresponding algorithms for the graphics input, the analysis of forming process, the optimizing layout, the center of load calculation and the blanking force calculation, and gives the ideas to achieve various functional development by AutoCAD2002 as the development platforms, Access database system as the , and AutoCAD VBA as the secondary development tools.
