基于知识的注塑模概念设计系统研究
Research on injection molding conceptual design system based on knowledge
【摘要】 提出了应用“需求特征”、“功能”、“结构”概念设计三要素构建设计规则的知识表达方法,建立了注塑模概念设计知识库。模架概念设计采用数值计算方法,其它结构系统采用基于需求—功能—结构三层映射的概念设计方法,系统的设计思想符合设计方法学理论和工程实际。系统基于PDM技术实现了与注塑模设计平台其它子系统的良好集成。
【Abstract】 The knowledge expression method applying three design element“required feature”, “function”,“conceptive structure”to construct design rule is put forward,and the Injection Molding conceptual design knowledge base is built. The numerical calculation method is adopted in mold base conceptual design, the conceptual design method based on three level mapping of require-function-structure is adopted in other structural system, the design idea of system is fit to design methodology theory and engineering practice. The system is integrated well to other subsystem of injection molding design platform based on PDM technology.
