筒形件强力旋压有限元模拟研究
Finite element simulation of tube power spinning
【摘要】 筒形件强力旋压是一种连续的局部复杂变形过程。采用动态显式有限元程序LS-DY-NA3D对筒形件强力旋压进行了三维有限元模拟,对有限元建模关键问题进行了研究,通过试验验证了有限元模型的合理性。以旋压力和最大等效应力为研究对象,研究了工艺参数和模型参数对模拟结果的影响。模拟结果和实验结果具有较好的一致性。
【Abstract】 The tube power spinning forming is a continuous local large deformation process.Three-dimensional finite element simulation for tube power spinning has been performed by DYNA software.The paper gives finite element model and testifies rationality by test results.The spinning force and maximum equivalent plastic strain are taken as analytical objects.The influences on simulation results of process parameters and modeling parameters are given.There is a reasonable agreement between the results of the simulations and the experiment results of another author.
