数控钢筋矫直切断机剪切系统测试研究
Research on the cutting system testing of the numerical control bars straightening machine
【摘要】 针对数控钢筋矫直切断机剪切系统的数学模型,引入计数定时器测试方案,明确定尺误差各因素所占的比例,解决了高速信号实时检测的难题,实现对数控钢筋矫直切断机数控系统的在线检测,为数控系统性能测试开辟了一条可靠实效的道路。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the cutting system math model of the numerical control bars straightening &cutting machine,testing blue print of programmable count timer is introduced in this paper.Proportion of every length-fixing error is ensured and the real-time testing problem of high-speed signal is solved.Online testing of the numerical control bars straightening &cutting machine is realized,one credible and actual effective road on testing of numerical system capability is inaugurated.
