基于ADMAS的弧齿锥齿轮锻件脱模可行性研究
Investigation on liftout of forging spiral bevel gear
【摘要】 弧齿锥齿轮作为带有复杂空间曲面的典型零件,以精锻为代表的近净成型工艺是其齿面成型技术的重要发展方向。文章介绍了利用模拟分析软件ADAMS进行凹模设计及脱模过程动态仿真的原理和步骤,在此基础上进行了锻件脱模可行性方面的研究和探索。
【Abstract】 Spiral Bevel Gears are typical parts with complicated surfaces.Net and Near-Net Shaping technology is the development tendency in manufacture of spiral bevel gears.In this paper,cavity dies used in spiral bevel gears forging process are designed and liftout processes are simulated dynamically based on the engineering software ADMAS,and than,further investigation about the feasibility of the forgings liftout is successfully carried out.
