拼焊板焊缝力学性能实验研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种测量拼焊板焊缝性能的试验方法。对拼焊板进行了单向拉伸实验,并基于等应变假设,结合焊缝平行于拉伸方向的差厚拼焊板的单向拉伸试验数据,计算了焊缝的力学性能参数,分析了所得焊缝力学性能对试样尺寸和焊缝几何尺寸测量精度的敏感程度,最后通过模拟和试验结果的对比,验证了该方法的实用性。

【Abstract】 A method for measuring the mechanical properties of weld metal in tailor welded blanks is introduced,named “Iso-strain Method".Tailor welded blank “parallel" tensile test has been done.In conjunction with the tensile properties of TWB tensile specimens and base material specimens,the weld metal properties in TWB are determined by manipulating a mathematical model.The effects of specimen size and measured weld geometry dimension on the calculating mechanical properties of the weld metal are assessed.The method is proved to be useful by comparing results of the simulation and test.
