高强度铝合金管材热挤压工艺及力学性能分析
Study on technology and performance during tube extrusion of high strength aluminium alloy
【摘要】 分析了高强度铝合金(7075铝合金)管材热挤压成形变形特点,对高强度铝合金(7075铝合金)管材热挤压成形进行了工艺实验研究。确定了热管材挤压成形工艺参数,分析了热管材挤压成形时挤压力变化规律,分析了变形程度对挤压后管材机械性能的影响规律。研究结果发现,7075铝合金管材热挤压成形时必须严格控制坯料温度、模具预热温度、润滑方式、挤压速度、挤压比等工艺参数。
【Abstract】 The technological parameters of tube extrusion of 7075 Al alloy,such as slug temperature,tools temperature,choice of lubricant,ratio of extrusion,and extrusion speed,have been determined by experiment in this paper.It is analyzed that microstructure performance of 7075 Al alloy tube extrused.The extrusion force and influence factors have also been studied.From the results of experiment,it is found that extrusion force has relation to deformation temperature,tool temperature,ratio of extrusion,lubricant and deformation velocity.
