基于MATLAB的含液压挺杆气门机构动力学仿真
Simulation of valve train with hydraulic lash adjuster based on MATLAB
【摘要】 基于MATLAB综合的数值分析、矩阵计算和图形功能,对含液压挺杆气门机构的运动过程进行仿真。对于其常见的动力学模型———“多自由度集中质量-弹簧-阻尼模型”,按照牛顿第二定律及MATLAB仿真所规定的输入条件、步骤,导出适于MATLAB编程环境的数学模型,并据此编写模型的数值仿真计算程序,经过对气门机构关键参数———气门加速度计算结果与实测结果的比较,计算程序切实可行;此类模型的仿真方法及过程亦在文中作了介绍。
【Abstract】 With the integrated function in numerical analysis, matrix calculation and figure export of MATLB, motion simulation of valve train with hydraulic lash adjuster has been done in this paper. To solve its general dynamic model , multiple freedoms model consisted of concentrated mass, spring, damping, a numerical simulation programme based on MATLAB programming environment has been made via a maths model, which derived from the dynamic one according to the second law of Newton as well as the stipulated steps and input conditions of Matlab, the simulation method along with procedure for this kind of model are introduced in detail in this paper and the programme has also been proved out to be practicable by comparing the simulated result of valve acceleration, key parameter of valve train, with the laboratorial one.
