基于数值分析方法的TI蜗杆三维造型
Three-dimensional modeling for TI worm based on mumerical analysis method
【摘要】 蜗杆传动具有承载能力强、传动效率高等优点。但由于TI蜗杆齿面形状的复杂性,TI蜗杆的精确磨削加工成为推广TI蜗杆传动的关键。本文通过对TI蜗杆传动的理论研究,尝试利用三维造型软件的分析方法,验证了精确TI蜗杆的数学模型,为解决TI蜗杆传动提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The advantages of this worm transmission, including stronger carrying capacity, higher drive efficiency etc. TI worm transmission is not widely applied in industry because the key manufacture technique of accurately grinding has not been solved due to the complexity of its tooth surface. Based on the research on TI worm transmission in theory,a three-dimensional model software analysis method is used to prove the accuracy of a mathematic model for TI worm,which provides practical guide for single enveloped TI worm.
