开放式数控技术在偏转线圈垂直绕线机中的应用
The application of open system architecture for NC in vertical coil winder
【摘要】 指出传统偏转线圈垂直绕线机控制系统的不足之处,分析开放式数控系统的特点,提出采用工业控制机+运动控制器的结构对偏转线圈垂直绕线机控制系统进行改造的方法,达到为用户定制高性能、低成本控制系统的目标。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the disadvantages of control system in vertical coil winder,analyses the characteristics of open system architecture for numerical control, adopts the structure made of industrial personal computer and motion controller to reconfigure control system of vertical coil winder, and attains high performance along with low cost.
