MEMS集成设计中数据交换的研究
Investigation in data exchange of MEMS integrated design system
【摘要】 MEMS集成设计是目前发展的趋势,由于在MEMS设计中使用不同的CAD软件所产生的数据格式不兼容,使得MEMS设计过程复杂、周期长,且大大影响了设计的优化结果。因此,这里提出建立以STEP为标准的数据库自动进行数据格式交换的方法。
【Abstract】 Integrated design is future direction. But different data format between different CAD tools are not compatible in MEMS design, it will make process complexity and have long time in MEMS design, it will great influence on optimize design, therefore we bring forward automatically data exchange base on a common STEP database.
