弯管应力分析及结构研究
Stress analysis and structural investigation of bending pipe
【摘要】 通过对弯管内流体应力的理论分析与计算,探讨了利用流体动力学求解弯管应力的方法和对弯管结构的研究。通过有限差分法,获得了流体作用下的弯管最终的应力分布特性,达到了为弯管设计和制造提供参考的目的。整个计算程序在有限元软件ANSYS平台上编译进行,计算过程简洁、快速、符合复杂的工程设计要求。计算结果表明,文中提出的计算方法是可行的、有效的。同时,对弯管的结构进行了探讨,讨论了弯管、流体各参数的变化对弯管应力的影响,得出了一些有价值的结论。
【Abstract】 Calculation and theoretical analysis are presented concerning bending pipe liquid stress. The structural research and stress analysis method of bending pipe are discussed. Final stress distribution of bending pipe affected by the fluid are obtained, through finite differential method to achieve bending pipe design and manufacture destination. The calculation program is compiled in finite element software—ANSYS, and the procedure is compact and fast, so it can satisfy the requirement of complex engineering design. It is show that the research method of this paper is feasible and effective. At the same time, the influence of bending pipe and fluid parameter to the stress are discussed, some valuable results are presented.
