基于Pro/E的椭圆齿轮三维参数化造型方法的研究
Studied on the ellipse gear three-dimensional parameter modeling with Pro/E
【摘要】 椭圆齿轮传动广泛应用于机械传动中,而目前通用的CAD系统中,没有提供椭圆齿轮的建模方法。这里在计算椭圆齿轮节曲线参数的基础上,采用图形学矩阵变换理论,利用P/E的尺寸相关性和表达式工具,研究了基于Pro/E进行椭圆齿轮的三维参数化设计的通用方法。并按照该理论方法,以渐开线椭圆齿轮为例,从计算机实现的角度提出了解决方案。结果表明:此方案可以为其他复杂轮廓线的实体造型提供通用的解决方案。
【Abstract】 The ellipse gear transmission is applied to mechanical drive extensi vely,and in present CAD system in common use,there is no modeling method to offer ellipse gear.This text adopts the figure to learn to vary the theory in matrix on the basis of calculating ellipse curve parameter of pitch of gear,utilize size dependence of Pro/E and expression tool,has studied the three-dimensional pa rameter method in common use to design to carry on the ellipse gear on the basis of Pro/E.And according to this theory and method,take ellipse gear of involute as an example,has put forward the solution from the angle that the computer rea -lized.The result shows:this method can offer the solution for entity modelling of other complicated outline lines.
