冲压生产中不良产品产生的原因及防止对策
The causes and preventing countermeasures of badness product on pressing production
【摘要】 这里对各种五金模具在冲压时产生跳屑、跳废料与堵废料现象的原因进行了分析,并提供了防止这种现象所采用的一些方法。
【Abstract】 The paper analyses the causes producing jump-bits, jump-scrap and stifled-scrap on pressing by hardware die, and provides the measures preventing these phenomena.
