电火花成型机数控系统控制策略的研究与实现

【摘要】 这里通过对电火花成型机数控系统控制对象以及加工过程放电状态的分析,提出了一种符合实际应用的控制策略,在粗加工情况下,以控制间隙电压稳定为主要目标,加工位移作为观测量;在精加工情况下,只要选取合适的分析周期,使在分析周期内的加工位移小于工件的加工精度,则仍以控制间隙电压稳定为主要目标,加工位移作为观测量,当加工位移与理想位移最接近时,停止加工。同时,采用模糊控制策略实现了对电火花成型加工过程中放电状态(间隙电压)的控制。采用上述控制方式有效地避免了由于间隙电压与加工位移之间的耦合关系而导致的控制系统复杂性。该系统软件结构简单、实用,具有很强的工程应用价值,通过对现场运行获取数据进行分析,收到很好效果。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing numeric control(NC)system for electro-discharge machining (EDM) and process of machining, a new control strategy is developed,which meets actual well. For coursing machining, the stability of gap voltage is the main controlled object,while the movement is only to be measured.For finish machining, if the analyzing period is selected suitably,and the movement is less than machining precision, then the stability of gap voltage is the main controlled object,while the movement is only to be measured.When the machining movement is close to final dimension, the process is the end. Meanwhile,the fuzzy control strategy is adopted to control the state of gap voltage in the process of EDM. It is demonstrated that this strategy is good for avoiding the complication of control system for coupling of gap voltage and machining movement.The architect of whole system is simpleness, practicality and good engineering application.Finally,the experimental result is well.
