级进模冲件在排样上排列与连接的关键技术研究
The study of key technology of strip layout and link of the parts of progressive die
【摘要】 系统研究总结了级进模冲件在条料上排列与连接的关键技术,包括连接方式、连接位置、载体、连接桥的数目与连接方向及冲件在条料上排列方向,对指导级进模排样设计具有重要现实意义。
【Abstract】 The key technology of strip layout and link of the parts of progressive die have been summed up,which is contained with link ways,link-k position、 body、 the number of link bridge and link orient,It is impotent to design the strip of progressive die.
