环面蜗杆螺旋线参数建模与齿面生成
The Modeling of Enveloping Worm Helix Parameter Equation and Tooth Surface Creating
【摘要】 提出了快速构建环面蜗杆3D实体的环面蜗杆螺旋线参数方程及建模,并用此模型完成了直廓和平面包络环面蜗杆以及渐开面包络环面蜗杆的3D实体构建。所生成的齿面能为数控加工提供精确的坐标参数,也为后继的各种复杂的环面蜗杆深入实用性的研究奠定了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 The enveloping worm helix is the important factor of solid Modeling and further research of different kinds of enveloping worm.In this article,we report the construction of enveloping worm helix parameter equation and its modeling for constructing enveloping worm 3D solid quickly,and finish the 3D entity of Direct Profile and TP-worm and TI-worm by using this model.The created tooth surface may provide a exact coordinate parameter for numeric control and processing,and this research may establish a good foundation for further practical research of all kind of intricate enveloping worm.
