集成稳健设计在机械产品设计中的应用研究
Application of Aggregation Robust Design for Mechanical Product Design
【摘要】 将优化设计理论与稳健设计方法相结合,讨论减速器的集成稳健优化设计问题。以体积最小和噪声最低两个设计属性作为优化稳健设计目标,利用不精确法的偏爱集成对减速器的多目标多属性进行数学建模,从而将集成稳健设计归结为满足稳健要求的多目标优化问题。数值算例表明,该方法是一种实用的稳健设计优化方法。
【Abstract】 Combining the optimal design theory with robust design,the aggregation optimal robust design for gear transmission is discussed.As optimal robust objectives, two design attributes-the least volume and the lowest noise are modeled for the multiple-objective and multiple-attribute of gear transmission using aggregation preference based on Method of Imprecision (MoⅠ),and the aggregation robust design is described as a multiple-objection optimization which satisfy robustness requirement.According to the result,the approach proposed is a practical robust design optimal method.
