【摘要】 目的探讨抑郁障碍患者睡眠脑电图的变化。方法应用多导睡眠生理仪,采用眼电图和下颌肌电图及脑电图等技术,对21例抑郁障碍患者的睡眠脑电图(PSG)进行整夜监测,并与22名正常受试者对照。结果抑郁障碍组PSG主要指标表现为睡眠维持率下降(正常组99%±3%,抑郁障碍组90%±5%,P<0.01),第二阶段睡眠降低(正常组57%±5%,抑郁障碍组45%±17%,P<0.05)及快眼动睡眠(REM)睡眠参数存在变异。结论抑郁障碍患者具有PSG多项睡眠脑电指标的改变。其中REM变化是本病的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the changes on the whole night polysomnography(PSG) in patients with depression disorder.Methods: The whole night PSG was recorded from 21 patients with depressive disorder.and 22 normal subjects,with Neurofax-1518K(Nihon Kohden) sleep instrument.Results:Compared with normal subjects,depression disorder patients showed.reduced sleep maintenance(NC: 99±3%,depression disorder group: 90±5%,P<0.01),and decreased stage 2 sleep(NC: 57%±5%,depression disorder group: 45%±17%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with depression disorder exhibit abnormality in sleep continuity;sleep frame,and rapid eye movement.更多还原
