液-液喷射器不同进料方式下混合过程的CFD模拟

【摘要】 利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件CFX5对液-液喷射器混合段物料的混合性能进行了模拟,确定了工作流体和引射流体都平行于混合管轴线进料时物料完全混合所需的混合管长度,并分析了三种不同进料方式:(1)工作流体和引射流体都与混合段轴线平行进料;(2)工作流体与混合段轴线平行进料,引射流体与轴线成30°进料;(3)引射流体与混合段轴线平行进料,工作流体与轴线成30°,对混合管内混合过程的影响,结果表明,工作流体和引射流体都与混合段轴线平行进料时混合效果最好。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the mixing tube of liquid-liquid ejector were investigated in this paper with the help of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software CFXS. Found the proper mixing tube length when material mixed completely under conditon that both the working flow and the secondary flow fed paralleling to the axis. The effects of different feeding methods on mixing process in the mixing tube were also analyzed, these methods including: (Ⅰ) both the working flow and the secondary flow were fed paralleling to the axis of mixing tube; ( Ⅱ ) the working flow was fed paralleling to the axis of mixing tube while the secondary flow was fed with angle of 30° ; ( Ⅲ ) the working flow was fed with angle of 30° while the secondary flow paralleling to the axis of mixing tube. The results showed that the feeding method that both flow were fed paralleling to the axis of mixing tube could achieve the best mixing effect.
