Zr(Cr,V)2 Laves相长周期堆垛结构的高分辨电子显微术观察
HREM OBSERVATION ON LONG-PERIOD STACKING STRUCTURE OF Zr(Cr,V)2 LAVES PHASE
【摘要】 应用高分辨电子显微术对退火态Zr(Cr,V)2 Laves相的显微结构进行了观察.结果表明退火态Zr(Cr,V)2 Laves相在低倍显微观察下呈现层片状组织,并存在长周期堆垛结构;高分辨电镜和快速Fourier变换分析证明,退火态Zr(Cr,V)2长周期结构为C36(4H)结构,同时存在8H堆垛结构和少量其它过渡性多层堆垛结构.并就合金元素V对ZrCr2 Laves相稳定性的影响进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 The microstructures of the annealed Zr(Cr,V)2 Laves phase were studied using high- resolution electron microscopy(HREM).The results show that the annealed Zr(Cr,V)2 Laves phase has a lamellar microstructure under low magnification,and selected-area electron diffraction indicates the existence of a long-period structure.HREM and fast Fourier transformation further indicate that the structure of annealed Zr(Cr,V)2 is C36(4H)combined with 8H and other transitional multilayer stacking structure.The effect of V on the stability of ZrCr2 Laves phase was also discussed.
