退火与淬火态钛合金中β相体积分数的近似计算
APPROXIMATE CALCULATION OF VOLUME FRACTIONS OF (3 PHASES IN ANNEALED AND QUENCHED TITANIUM ALLOYS
【摘要】 基于钛合金的基本组成相α与β的晶体结构特点及原子配位关系,定义了能够判断退火与淬火态钛合金中β稳定元素稳定能力的退火临界晶胞系数CktM和淬火临界晶胞系数CkzM.在不同热处理条件下, β稳定元素稳定能力不同,这与其原子外层电子结构状态及原子分数xatM有关,即CktM与CkzM愈大, β稳定元素M的稳定能力愈强, ∑xatM, ∑CktM, ∑CkzM 愈大,钛合金室温组织中β相的体积分数愈多.在CktM,CkzM及xatM计算的基础上,给出了近似计算了退火态、淬火态钛合金室温组织中α与β相体积分数的方法,计算值与实验值基本符合.
【Abstract】 Based on the crystal structure characteristics and the relationship of atom coordination in the basic units of a phase and β phase in the titanium alloy, the annealing and quenching critical cell coefficients, CktM and CkzM are defined, which can judge the stable ability of the β stable element. The stable ability is different under different heat treatments, and this difference is related to the electron status of atom outer layer and atom percent xatM. That means the lager the CktM and CkzM, the strenger the stable ability of the β stable element M. Furthermore, the lager the ΣxatM, ΣCktM and ΣCkzM, the more the volume fraction of β phase at room temperature. In this work, a method was proposed to calculate the volume fractions of the α phase and β phase in titanium alloys annealed and quenched on the basis of the obtained CktM, CkzM and xatM, the calculated values are consistent with the experimental values.
