【Abstract】 This paper puts forward that library alliance is an information resource sharing alliance essentially.The key factor which causes low efficiency of library alliance rests with the unbalance of benefit.We must found the benefit balancing mechanism in all-direction from system restraint,benefit compensation,linking up together with harmonization, alliance culture and intellectual property,etc.,to guarantee library alliance’s high efficiency,and push the resource sharing of the alliance.更多还原
