失效专利信息在科研中的检索与开发利用
Search and utilization of invalid patent information in scientific researches
【摘要】 论文提出了获取失效专利信息的一些检索方法和渠道,论述了失效专利信息在科学研究中的利用价值。
【Abstract】 This paper puts forward some searching methods and channels to the information of invalid patent, then discusses the value of information of invalid patent in scientific research.
