【摘要】 介绍了采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Al2O3系复合膜的研究发展现状以及掺入不同外加组分后Al2O3膜的结构特点及其影响机理,同时指出了用溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化铝系复合膜过程存在的问题及发展趋势。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the present development situation of research on Al2O3 composite membrane prepared by sol-gel method was reviewed. The characteristics and the influnce mechanism of Al2O3 composite membrane, after dipped by various additions, were discussed. This paper also generally reported some problems and developmental trend in current research.
