高效SE-54色谱毛细管交联柱的制备和研究
Preparation of High Efficient Capillary Columns and Investigation on Chromatographic Performance
【摘要】 研究了石英毛细管内表面活性点处理方法,并在适当的温度下,用C.P引发交联,制备SE-54石英毛细管柱。实验结果表明:经预脱活毛细管内表面与固定相的润湿性得到显著改善,同时提高了色谱柱的柱效和耐温性能,降低了柱流失,柱效达2 700块/m以上。讨论了柱温对分离参数的影响,并应用于几个分析实例,得到了令人满意的结果。
【Abstract】 A new method of preparing high effcient capillary column was studied.The wall of fused-silica cap-illary tube was pretreated to delete active sites prior to coating stationary phase.The columns were coated by su-perdynamic method with C.P as cross-linking reaction agent under proper temperature.The separation and retention behaviors under different oven temperture were also investigated.The experiment results showed that the number of effective plates was over 2 700/m.The cross-linked capillary columns possess excellent separa-tion efficiency,wettability,inertness and stability at high temperature.The prepared capillary column was ap-plied to several sample analysis with satisfactory results.
