【Abstract】 Visualization,intellectualization,interaction are the trend of E-Learning.Streaming multimedia is low consumptive and high profitable and MPEG-4 is an efficient,high structured coding technique,which is suitable for streaming multimedia coding and transport in complex networks.In this dissertation,we give a scheme which not only brings into play the advantages of streaming multimedia and MPEG-4,but also solves the problem of resource reuse in E-Learning.更多还原
