【摘要】 我国大众体育设施建设和管理目前存在一些问题和矛盾,主要是体育设施少,场馆功能单一,使用率不高,管理人才缺乏等。利用已有建筑改建体育设施,有效利用公园空地建简易的体育运动设施,体育设施建设应与房地产业联姻,提高现有体育场馆的利用率,提高公共体育场馆经营管理等措施有利于大众体育设施的建设走向良性发展的轨道。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the major problems in the construction and management of our public sports facilities lie in the lack of facilities,low functionality in existing facilities,low efficiency and mismanagement.The following measures can be taken to resolve some of the issues and improve the standard of our public sports facilities: to adapt and improve existing facilities,to build simple facilities in areas within public parks,to build new facilities in new housing estate,to use the existing facilities more efficiently and improve the management of the public sports stadiums and gymnasiums.更多还原
