【Abstract】 The fast development of higher education makes institutions of higher education depend on commercial loans to carry on the expansion.This type of construction loans incubates serious financial risk and political risk.The cause of the risks is,firstly,that the government officials and the administrators of institutions of higher education lack the risk awareness.Secondly,they do not have a scientific strategy of expansion to fit the situation of over-recruitment.Thirdly,the mechanism of the loan-making policy is far from being sound.Fourthly,the scale of loans lacks scientific calculation.Fifthly,there are no counter plans in time when the risk appears.The government officials and the administrators of institutions of higher education should have the risk awareness and adopt valid measures to control the risk.更多还原
