脉冲电流改善G20CrNi2MoA轴承钢基体组织的应用研究
Improvement of Microstructure of G20CrNi2MoA Bearing Steel by Current Impulse Method
【摘要】 大型铁路车辆轴承用钢G20CrNi2MoA在加热转变为奥氏体时,加入一定电流、频率的脉冲参数,以改变该材料的相变动力学条件。结果表明,在较短时间内脉冲电流处理后的G20CrNi2MoA钢可以消除带状组织,细化晶粒。
【Abstract】 The dynamics conditions of phase transformation for G20CrNi2MoA bearing steel used in large-railway-vehicle was changed by imputing current impulse with different frequencies during austenitization. The tested results show that, the band structure of G20CrMi2MoA steel is eliminated by current impulse method in short time, and the grain size is refined at the same time.
