稀土La对20钢显微组织的影响
Influence of Rare-Earth La on Microstructure of 20 steel
【摘要】 为了研究稀土在钢中的微合金化作用,对稀土在20钢中的固溶量进行了测定。观察不同热处理工艺的组织形态,并比较不同的稀土固溶量对20钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,钢中的固溶稀土La能够细化晶粒, 在同样冷速下减少珠光体含量,增加铁素体含量;钢中的固溶稀土La能够减小板条马氏体束,提高钢的淬硬性; 固溶稀土La对钢有减缓奥氏体分解,抑制上贝氏体组织产生的作用。
【Abstract】 The solid - solubility content of RE-La in 20 steel was measured in order to study the effect of RE-La on 20 steel,The samples had been heat-tested for getting several microstructure. And then the samples had been observed in order to obtain the effect of the solid-solubility RE to their organize and capability. The results show that, the solid-solubility RE is able to make the grain size/lath finer, decrease the content of pearlite, increase the content of ferrite and the quench - hardenes of 20 steel. In addition, the solid - solubility RE in 20 steel can restrain the transformation of the bainite.
