16MnR钢板冷冲压开裂原因及解决办法
Cold Stamping Cracking Reason and Solution Method of 16MnR Steel Plate
【摘要】 通过分析16Mn钢的连续冷却转变曲线、等温转变曲线以及显微组织,证实16MnR冷冲压钢板开裂的主要原因是显微组织中有贝氏体型非平衡组织存在,提出采用等温正火处理工艺以避免该非平衡组织的出现。结果表明,通过控制16MnR钢板的奥氏体化温度(920~940℃)、冷却速度(4~6℃/s)、等温温度(600℃)以及保温时间(1h)可以获得合适的铁素体+片状珠光体组织,且力学性能也符合使用要求。
【Abstract】 That the main reason of cold stamping cracking of 16MnR steel plate was bainite non-equilibrium structure in the microstructure was confirmed,by analyzing the CCT,TTT curves and microstructures of 16Mn steel.Isothermal normalizing treatment was put forward to prevent against this non-equilibrium structure.The results show that the suitable microstructure of ferrite and lamellar pearlite can be acquired in 16MnR steel plate by controlling austenitizing at 920~940 ℃,cooling rate(4~6℃/s),isothermal temperature at 600 ℃ and holding for 1h,and its mechanical properties also meet the application requirements.
