石墨表面电沉积-热处理制备Co3O4锂离子电池负极

Co3O4 Coating on Graphite Prepared by Electrodeposition and Heat Treatment as Negative Electrode for Lithium-ion Batteries

【摘要】 在室温和50℃的0.5 mol/L Co(NO3)2溶液中,分别以铜箔和涂在铜箔上的石墨为阴极进行电沉积,将得到的镀层试样在245℃进行真空热处理。XRD分析表明,所获得的镀层主要相为Co(OH)2,热处理后转变为Co3O4。SEM观察表明,直接沉积在铜箔上的Co3O4为均匀的蜂窝状结构,而沉积在石墨上的Co3O4为非均匀的蜂窝状结构。充放电测试结果表明,石墨-Co3O4的循环性能明显好于铜箔上的Co3O4沉积层,且比容量高于纯石墨电极的。

【Abstract】 With copper foil and graphite coated on the copper coil as cathode,electrochemical deposition was carried out in the solution of 0.5 mol/L Co(NO32 at 50 ℃ and room temperature respectively.The deposition samples were then heat treated under vacuum at 245 ℃.XRD analyses demonstrate that the main phase of the as-deposited layer is(Co(OH)2,)which is transformed to Co3O4 after heat treatment.SEM results show that the Co3O4 phase deposited directly on the copper foil substrate has a uniform honeycomb structure,while the Co3O4 phase deposited on the graphite coating demonstrates a nonuniform honeycomb structure.Charge-discharge tests show that the cycle performance of graphite-Co3O4 composite is much better than that of Co3O4 deposited on copper foil and its specific capacity is higher than that of pure graphite electrode.
