厚板奥氏体不锈钢焊缝显微组织分析

【摘要】 选用板厚为60 mm的SUS304奥氏体不锈钢钢板,开双U形坡口进行多层焊接,用金相显微镜对焊缝进行组织观察,并对其形成机理进行了分析。结果表明,焊接接头的宏观形貌呈现铸造粗大组织形态,并具有明显的外延生长特性,焊缝中部的晶粒方向几乎呈平行分布,焊缝组织主要为粗大等轴的柱状晶奥氏体+沿柱状晶分布的δ铁素体。

【Abstract】 60 mm thick SUS304 plates were multilayer welded with double U-groove.The microstructure of the weld joint was observed by metallographic microscope,and the structure formation mechanism was also analyzed.The results show that the macrograph of the weld joint presents coarse foundry structure with epitaxial growth character.The grain orientation of the weld joint center presents nearly parallel distribution.Microstructure of the weld joint is characterized mainly by coarse equiaxed column crystal austenite and δ ferrite distributed along the column crystals.
