螺旋弹簧触指的研制及应用

【摘要】 根据螺旋弹簧触指的服役条件及失效形式,对螺旋弹簧触指材料的选用、成型、焊接、强韧化处理等技术进行了研究。研制出了一种可用于高压六氟化硫断路器的高性能触指。结果表明,QBe1.9变形铍青铜经(345±3)℃×(1.5~2.0)h时效处理后,其抗拉强度为930 MPa,能满足触指的使用性能要求;焊接强度为492 MPa,与母材的抗拉强度相当(520 MPa);经折弯成型后,其几何精度能满足产品设计要求;触指的平均使用寿命在1万次以上,达到国外同类产品的水平,而价格明显降低。

【Abstract】 On the basis of service conditions and failure forms of screw-contact,some technologies such as the materials optimization,moulding,welding as well as strengthening and toughening treatment were studied,and the high performance screw-contact used by high voltage SF6 circuit-breaker were developed.The results show that the tensile strength of beryllium-bronze QBe1.9 after aging treatment at 345 ℃ for 1.5~2.0 h is 930 MPa and it can meet the requirements of the screw-contact.Welding strength of the screw-contact is 492 MPa,which is as same as that of the matrix(520 MPa).Its geometry precision after being shaped by break-bending can meet the requirements of product design.The average service life of the screw-contact is more than 10 000 times and has reached the same level that made abroad,while the former is much cheaper than the latter.
