液相脉冲放电制备TiC金属陶瓷涂层
Preparation of TiC Coating by Pulse Discharge in Liquid
【摘要】 将高熔点金属Ti电极置入含碳的液相介质中,利用脉冲放电所产生的低温高能等离子体在45钢基体表面沉积了TiC硬质金属陶瓷涂层,涂层的厚度约25μm,硬度可达1800HV0.05。讨论了TiC金属陶瓷涂层在液相脉冲放电条件下的形成机制。结果表明,涂层的形成机理为等离子体作用下的微电喷镀及电化学反应。
【Abstract】 The continual pulse discharge were produced between Ti electrode and 45 steel in the liquid of kerosene,which caused a low temperure plasma, and a ceramic coating layer of TiC about 25μm was deposited on 45 steel surface, the hardness of the layer reached 1800HV0.05. The formtion mechanism of the ceramic layer was discussed. The results show that the main formation mechanism of the TiC coating is electrochemistry reaction and micro-electro-spraying.
