热处理对钢结硬质合金TLMW50覆层微观组织的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Microstructure of Steel-Bonded Cemented Carbide TLMW50 Cladding
【摘要】 利用液相烧结工艺成功制得以碳钢为基材,以TLMW50钢结硬质合金为耐磨覆层的复合材料。利用SEM、XRD等手段研究了1050℃淬火,150℃、200℃和250℃回火以及1100℃淬火,150℃、200℃和250℃回火6种不同热处理工艺对覆层材料的组织及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,上述6种热处理工艺均可以使钢结硬质合金TLMW50覆层中粘结相组织由珠光体转变为回火马氏体,硬质相结构会发生改变。其中1050℃淬火,150℃回火工艺较其它5种工艺优越,覆层粘结相中有Hgg碳化物形成,复式碳化物会演变为WC和FeWO4形式。
【Abstract】 The composite with steel-bonded cemented hard alloy TLMW50 cladding and carbon steel substrate was fabricated by liquid sintering process successfully.The effects of the heat treatment with being quenched at 1050℃ or 1100℃ and tempered at 150℃,200℃,250℃ on microstructure and morphology of the composite were researched by SEM,XRD.The results show that this six heat treatment processes make the bonding phase of the steel-bonded cemented hard alloy TLMW50 cladding microstructure transitted from pearlite to tempered martensite.The process of quenching at 1050℃ and tempering at 150℃ is more beneficial to the cladding than other processes,and the hard phase variated into WC and FeWO4 and Hgg appeared in the binder.
