【Abstract】 The process to prepare diluted magnetic semiconductor Gd-Sn-Te system alloy samples by synthesis method was introduced.Microstructure and composition of the samples were investigated by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the composition and microstructure of the samples are uniform and the samples reach equilibrium,which resolved the deflection of the composition and satisfied the demand of phase diagram and phase structure study.更多还原
