两种钢冲击腐蚀磨损性能的对比研究
Contrastive the Corrosive Impact Wear Properties of Two Steels
【摘要】 研究了在酸性铁矿石浆料及2.0J冲击功条件下,高锰钢及新型低碳高合金钢衬板的冲击腐蚀磨损性能和机制。结果表明,在相同试验条件下低碳高合金钢的冲击腐蚀磨损性能要优于高锰钢的。低碳高合金钢短时间内的冲击腐蚀磨损机制主要为显微切削,随着时间的延长,变为以浅层小块疲劳剥落为主;而高锰钢短时间内的冲击腐蚀磨损机制主要为浅层累积变形疲劳剥落和腐蚀磨损,随着时间的延长变为相对较深层的疲劳剥落和腐蚀磨损。
【Abstract】 The corrosive impact wear behavior and mechanism of high manganese steel and low carbon high alloy steel as new liner material were investigated under impact energy of 2.0J in acid-ironstone slurry.The results show that the resistance of low carbon high alloy steel is better than that of the high manganese steel under the same test condition.The wear mechanism of low carbon high alloy steel is mainly slight cutting in short-time running,and the slight fatigue flake after long time;the wear mechanism of high manganese steel is mainly shallow accumulative deformation fatigue flake and corrosive wear,after long time is deeper fatigue flake and corrosion.
