控制冷却对贝氏体非调质钢组织与性能的影响
Effect of Controlled Cooling on Microstructure and Property of the Bainite Microalloyed Engineering Steel
【摘要】 采用物理模拟方法在热模拟试验机上研究了控制冷却工艺对微合金化低碳贝氏体型非调质钢组织与性能的影响,并探讨了贝氏体转变机制问题。结果表明,轧后采用2~6℃/s速度冷却至室温可使微合金化低碳贝氏体型非调质钢得到具有良好综合力学性能的细小均匀粒状贝氏体组织,同时有力地支持了粒状贝氏体的扩散型长大学说。
【Abstract】 The effects of controlled cooling parameters on the microstructure and property of Mn-B series low-carbon and micro alloyed bainite steel(SBL) were studied with thermal simulation device,and bainite transformation mechanism was also discussed.The results show that after rolling with controlled cooling rate 2~6℃/s the steel can obtain fine and even granular bainite structure with good mechanical properties that proves granular bainite transformation in SBL steel is a kind of diffusion transformation.
